Where do you ship from/to?
All orders are shipped from Singapore. We offer shipping both locally and internationally at different rates. Local shipping within Singapore is $4, with an estimated delivery time of 2-5 days. International shipping is $20, with an estimated delivery time of 1-2 weeks.
Return & Refund Policy
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately using the form under contact us or DM us on instagram @stitchedbyteds so we can process a cancellation and refund before shipment. Once your order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
As all our products are handmade and customized for each order, we do not accept returns or refunds. If you encounter any issues with your order, please provide your Order # and a description of the problem, and we will evaluate potential refunds on a case-by-case basis.

Order Issues
We will make every effort to assist in locating delayed, missing, or lost orders. However, once the order has been picked up by the carrier, it is beyond our control, and we cannot be held responsible for any delays, missing items, or losses.
If your order is delayed due to an error in your shipping address, please contact us through the form or DM us on Instagram @stitchedbyteds. We will reach out to the shipping company to correct the issue if possible, though changes may not be feasible at certain stages of the shipping process.

What if I wish to expedite the order as i need it urgently?
Our flower bouquets are made to order. If you need your bouquet urgently or have other special requests, please fill out the contact form or direct message us on Instagram @stitchedbyteds. Keep in mind that crafting our crochet bouquets can take 3-7 days, so we appreciate advance notice for expedited requests.
